Special Event Request Form

To request the Fire Department for a special event please fill out the information below and click send.  If you have further questions about special events you may contact Lt. John Cornish at (630)554-2110.   When scheduling, please keep in mind we need at least 7 days advance notice of your event in order for us to attempt to place it within our schedule without adversely affecting other actvities and responsibilities we may have going on during that same time frame.
